Who is there to support you? Where do you go to get direction on effective new or tried-and-tested tools while navigating pushback and the challenges of obtaining buy-in from staff and board? That is what this service is about - identifying and discovering this for you.
What to expect:
The first three weeks will be information gathering, learning about your organization’s culture, and identifying obstacles.
In the next five weeks, we’ll produce/provide the right tools for your organization and the necessary support to develop and then implement the desired changes or foundational outcomes.
What is the most effective tool/approach to achieve the goals/overcome the obstacle? How can you quickly and efficiently implement change structures? How do you get buy-in?
This service starts with a weekly call for three weeks, then bi-monthly calls and any interim calls and work necessary to accomplish the goals.
Typical goals include: beginning or updating data gathering processes, procedures, buy-in, and dashboards; diversifying your organization’s funding base with our proprietary Income Stream and DCM Models; provide the C-Suite support necessary as you introduce and implement these changes and obtain buy-in from your board, staff, and stakeholders.

This service is most often retained when a non-profit doesn’t have the staff to implement a development program, perform grant work, and is undergoing substantial change.
This is also for the organization that wants to implement our Income and DCM Models with only the parts that are supported by staff. We offer engagements as short as 12 months or up to 8+ years and counting. The choice is yours and is adjustable over time.
The scope of services determines the cost, which ranges from $9600 for quarterly grant sweeps and grants development to $36,000+ yr. for more in-depth engagement.
