Summer is our favorite time of year to work with new and seasoned nonprofit staff whether experienced or new! Hybrid hours and less people in the office means more focused time to work, learn, and plan! We created the Summer Cohort to train-up or prepare for all of your funding needs. All of our Cohorts are customized via our onboarding call.

This service is most often retained when a non-profit doesn’t have the staff to implement a development program, perform grant work, and is undergoing substantial change.
This is also for the organization that wants to implement our Income and DCM Models with only the parts that are supported by staff. We offer engagements as short as 12 months or up to 8+ years and counting. The choice is yours and is adjustable over time.
The scope of services determines the cost, which range from $9600 for quarterly grant sweeps and grants development to $36,000+ yr. for more in-depth engagement.
